Chicken & Veg in a Creamy Sauce
INGREDIENTS
-4 chicken breasts
- 500g baby new potatoes, sliced
- 1l chicken stock
- 1 broccoli, cut into florets 
- 2 courgettes, sliced
- A handful of peas
 - A small pot of creme fraiche
METHOD
- Fry the chicken until it is browned all over 
- Add the potatoes and stock, cover and simmer for 10 minutes 
- Add the vegetables and cook uncovered for 5 minutes 
- Stir in the creme fraiche
