Not Pad Thai

INGREDIENTS

- Fish sauce
- Rice vinegar
- Oyster sauce
- 300g Noodles
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped (I use the frozen, ready chopped stuff)
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed (I use the Very Lazy ready chopped stuff)
- 4 spring onions, sliced
- 400g raw prawns
- A couple of handfuls of beansprouts

METHOD

  1. Mix 2 tbsp of fish sauce, 2 tbsp of rice vinegar and 2 tbsp of oyster sauce in a bowl

  2. Cook the noodles according to the packet

  3. Fry the chicken until brown all over then move to a plate

  4. Fry the onions, garlic and spring onions until the onions start to brown

  5. Add the noodles and sauce

  6. Add the chicken, prawns and beansprouts and cook until the prawns are pink

    Serve with chilli sauce for the grown ups!
