Pasta with Veggies and Mascarpone

INGREDIENTS

-500g pasta
- 150g tender-stem broccoli
- 200g peas
- 400g pancetta
- 250g mascarpone
- 100g parmesan
- a bunch of basil

METHOD

  1. Cook the pasta, broccoli and peas in boiling water for 10 minutes

  2. Whilst it’s cooking fry the pancetta until crisp

  3. Add the mascarpone and parmesan

  4. Add the pasta to the sauce using a slotted spoon so you get some of the water too

  5. Add the basil
