Haddock and Potato thing!

INGREDIENTS

-2 onions (I use the pre chopped frozen stuff)
- 1kg potatoes, sliced
- 500ml vegetable stock
- 500g haddock, skinned and chopped

METHOD

  1. Cook the onions until they are browned

  2. Add the potatoes and cook for 5 minutes

  3. Add the stock and bring to the boil

  4. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes

  5. Add the fish and simmer for another 10 minutes

Serve with peas
