Haddock and Potato thing!
INGREDIENTS
-2 onions (I use the pre chopped frozen stuff)
- 1kg potatoes, sliced
- 500ml vegetable stock
- 500g haddock, skinned and chopped
METHOD
- Cook the onions until they are browned 
- Add the potatoes and cook for 5 minutes 
- Add the stock and bring to the boil 
- Cover and simmer for 10 minutes 
- Add the fish and simmer for another 10 minutes 
Serve with peas
