Chicken Melts

INGREDIENTS

-4 chicken breasts
- Pesto
- A pack of cherry tomatoes
- A pack of grated cheddar
- Garlic bread and green salad to serve

METHOD

  1. Thin out the chicken breasts by hitting them with something heavy

  2. Fry the chicken for 5 minutes each side

  3. Whilst they’re cooking chop up the tomatoes and mix them with the cheese

  4. Spread the pesto onto the chicken

  5. Top with the cheese and tomatoes

  6. Put under a grill until the cheese is starting to brown

Serve with garlic bread and salad
