Chicken Melts
INGREDIENTS
-4 chicken breasts
- Pesto
- A pack of cherry tomatoes
- A pack of grated cheddar
- Garlic bread and green salad to serve
METHOD
- Thin out the chicken breasts by hitting them with something heavy 
- Fry the chicken for 5 minutes each side 
- Whilst they’re cooking chop up the tomatoes and mix them with the cheese 
- Spread the pesto onto the chicken 
- Top with the cheese and tomatoes 
- Put under a grill until the cheese is starting to brown 
Serve with garlic bread and salad
