Salmon Pasta
INGREDIENTS
- 500g pasta (preferably wholewheat)
- 4 salmon fillets, skinned
- 300ml white wine
- A handful of peas
- 600ml double cream
METHOD
- Put the pasta on to cook according to packet instructions 
- Fry the salmon for about 3 minutes each side 
- Add the wine and peas and cook off until the wine has almost gone 
- Stir in the cream 
- Add the cream
