Salmon Pasta

INGREDIENTS

- 500g pasta (preferably wholewheat)
- 4 salmon fillets, skinned
- 300ml white wine
- A handful of peas
- 600ml double cream

METHOD

  1. Put the pasta on to cook according to packet instructions

  2. Fry the salmon for about 3 minutes each side

  3. Add the wine and peas and cook off until the wine has almost gone

  4. Stir in the cream

  5. Add the cream
