Chicken Biryani
INGREDIENTS
-4 chicken breasts
- 1 onion, chopped (I use ready chopped frozen stuff)
- Curry powder 
- 350g rice
- 700ml chicken stock
- A handful of peas
METHOD
- Fry the chicken until golden all over 
- Add the onion and cook until soft 
- Add the curry powder (I use 1 tbsp of mild as the boys don’t like spice, but use as much and what ever level that you like) stir in the rice and add the stock. 
- Bring to the boil then cover and put in an oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. 
- Stir in the peas and stand for about 2 minutes until they’re cooked.
