Cheesy Veggie Pasta

INGERDIENTS

-500g pasta
- 2 leeks, sliced
- A pack of mushrooms, halved
- A pack of baby tomatoes, halved
- A few big tomatoes, chopped
- A Le Roule garlic and herb cheese

METHOD

  1. Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions

  2. Fry the leeks and mushrooms for about 5 minutes

  3. Add the tomatoes and cook for another couple of minutes

  4. Stir in the pasta and cheese
