Speedy Chorizo Stew

INGREDIENTS

- 2 cans of chopped tomatoes
- 800ml Vegetable stock
- A ring of chorizo, chopped
- Half a savoy cabbage, shredded
- 2 cans of chickpeas

METHOD

  1. Put the chopped tomatoes and stock in a pan and bring to the boil

  2. Add the chorizo, cabbage and chickpeas

  3. Simmer for 15 minutes

Serve with garlic bread
