You have completed the Intermediate 6 Week Plan! You have access to this page until exactly 2 months after you signed up so you have a couple of weeks extra to catch up if needs be.
So what now? You have a few options -
You sign up to repeat the whole Intermediate Plan again from the beginning.
You’ve come to the end of your 2 months however you didn’t complete the programme, so you sign up again to keep plugging on.
You move on to the Experienced 6 Week Plan to increase the intensity of your workouts.
You liked the scheduled plan but felt the progression was too slow for you, so you upgrade to the 8 Week Plan which takes you all the way from Beginner to Advanced in 8 weeks.
You felt the benefit of some bits but not others so would like to keep Sculpting, but feel you know enough about it now to tailor your own schedule, so you switch to the On Demand Library giving you access to every single video from the Beginner, Intermediate, Experienced & Advanced plans, plus full hour classes, all filtered by body part or video length, to do as you please for £20 per month.
You decide that Barre Sculpt just isn’t for you and you never have to listen to me say “a few more counts” again!
