 THE 8 WEEK PLAN

Welcome to The 8 Week Plan!


  • You don’t need any equipment, just something to use as a barre. This can be anything that’s waist height and stable - kitchen worktops, backs of chairs and ironing boards all work well.

  • Below you will find access to five new workouts a week. This enables you to do a Barre Sculpt workout every day with two rest days per week (which you can fit around your schedule)

  • Each workout shall vary in length anything from just 10 minutes up to a maximum of 30 minutes

  • The videos, although staying within 30 minutes throughout, shall increase in intensity as you go through your plan and get stronger.

  • Please watch the introduction video before you begin your plan.

  • Please watch the 7 Point Sculpt video as often as possible to ensure your posture is correct

  • Please make sure you warm up before every workout, either by doing the below Barre Sculpt warm up or one of your own.

  • Use the below Stretch video to help cool down after your workout.

You have completed the 8 Week Plan! You have access to this page until exactly 2 months after you signed up.

So what now? You have a few options -

  1. You sign up to repeat the whole plan again from the beginning.

  2. You’ve come to the end of your 2 months however you didn’t complete the programme, so you sign up again to keep plugging on.

  3. You felt the benefit of some bits but not others so would like to keep Sculpting, but feel you know enough about it now to tailor your own schedule, so you switch to the On Demand Library giving you access to every single video from the 8 Week Plan, plus full hour classes, all filtered by body part or video length, to do as you please for £20 per month.

  4. You decide that Barre Sculpt just isn’t for you and you never have to listen to me say “a few more counts” again!
